If you already survived in doing this for 3 days, you will have your new healthy diet in which you’re still going to continue drinking smoothies or fruits and vegetable juice. But you can already add proteins to these smoothies like protein butter and soy milk plus one or two servings of whole grains and one serving of light protein like beans and peas. On the next day, you can already add up three to four servings of whole grains and slowly reintroduce protein back to your diet like fish and poultry.
Some state that it is a simple, trouble-free and agreeable approach to cleanse your body without getting a hard time but, if you’re not familiar to eating vegetables and fruits, it could be a little challenging for you.
